About Me
My name is Sebastiano Forsoni, I was born in Perugia on March 12, 2001, and grew up in the beautiful hills of Umbria—a land rich in history, tradition, and landscapes that inspire serenity and reflection. This environment taught me the value of simplicity, dedication, and balance, qualities I strive to bring into every aspect of my personal and professional life.
After graduating from the Liceo Classico F. Frezzi in Foligno, I pursued an academic path in economics and management at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree. During this time, I developed a keen interest in marketing and branding, which culminated in my thesis titled “Business and Humanism: Syncrasis or Dyscrasia? The Brunello Cucinelli Case,” exploring the importance of a business model grounded in human values.
Currently, I am continuing my education with a Master’s degree in Marketing at LUISS, where I am honing my skills in communication, new media languages, and consumer behavior. My academic journey is characterized by a multidisciplinary approach that combines strategic analysis, creativity, and a focus on interpersonal relationships.
Professional Experience
Alongside my studies, I had the opportunity to work at CONAD FORSONI SRL, where I took on key roles in customer relationship management and warehouse logistics. This experience allowed me to engage with the daily dynamics of a business, developing organizational skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Skills and Passions
My education and experiences have equipped me with both technical and soft skills:
- Languages: Italian (native) and English (C1).
- Digital Skills: Proficient in MS Office and editing tools like CapCut.
- Interpersonal Skills: I have a strong interest in public relations and leadership methods, values I apply daily to build cohesive, goal-oriented teams.
Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, music, cinematography, and current events. I have been an amateur golfer and guitarist for several years, activities that help me develop patience and creativity. I am also an advocate of volunteering, having collaborated with AVIS, and strongly believe in the importance of giving back to the community.
My Vision
I carry with me the spirit of my homeland, Umbria: a region that teaches the importance of strong roots and an open outlook on the future. I strive to apply these values to my projects, combining technical and human skills to create sustainable value and authentic relationships.
